PharmaMar USA, Inc., a biopharmaceutical subsidiary of the Spanish group Zeltia, develops anti-cancer drugs derived from marine organisms. Construction consisted of support offices, a video conference center and laboratories in a three building complex. This project included a steam washroom, reverse osmosis and distilled water systems, -11°C cold room, emergency power, 100% fresh air HVAC system and mass spectrometer with gas and air feeds.
