Marc Truant & Associates, Inc. went beyond the duties of a construction firm. The team members were well educated in the areas of design, advanced technologies, budgeting and scheduling. We could never have met our goals and our deadlines without the perseverance and creativity of the many people Marc Truant & Associates brought in to work on our building.
Xavier Comtesse, Consul of Switzerland

A wood-framed, brick clad building was transformed into the Swiss House for Advanced Research and Education, the world's first digital consulate which serves as a link between the scientific, academic, and high-tech communities of New England and Switzerland. The building program called for a museum quality office and state-of-the-art technology devices to create a virtual meeting space for some of the world's greatest minds to gather. The stainless steel exterior cladding and interior glass walls on this project demanded innovative construction techniques to achieve the many "zero tolerance" details.

The Associated General Contractors Build Massachusetts Honor Award was given to Marc Truant & Associates, Inc. in recognition of the collaborative design/build effort required to construct this unique site.
